Degrees of Jaycees

Once you become a member of the Jaycees, there is a two part program that you can participate in to guide you in your personal growth within the Jaycees.  These two parts are the Springboard Program and the Degrees Program. 

The Springboard Program is for first-year Jaycees and is an excellent way to become more involved and to achieve the benefits of belonging to the Jaycees.  Members are enrolled when they join and have one year to fulfill the requirements.  Upon completion of the requirements, the member is certified by the Chapter President and automatically earns the first three Degrees.

Degrees of Jaycees continues where Springboard leaves off.  Degrees of Jaycees is a career path for members, providing a logical sequence of events to be followed.  The Degrees of Jaycees is a guide for personal growth and leadership development. By working through the various requirements spread across 10 degree levels, members will learn and grow in the Junior Chamber experience.  The Degrees Program is divided into three phases: Involvement, Experience, and Leadership.  As in Springboard, each level attained is certified by the Chapter President.
