Long Range Planning Committee
The Alexandria Jaycees' Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC) was
formed in 1996 to examine long-term chapter issues and trends that
span across multiple presidencies.
The committee consists of no more than 12 "seasoned"
Jaycees and 2 ex-officio members from the current Board of Directors.
The LRPC examines common, recurring chapter problems and provides
insight and experience to help the current Board make informed decisions.
Typical issues this committee might address are things like long-range
financial goals, storage and office issues, officer training, obstacles
to membership recruitment and retention, etc.
The LRPC oversees the Board of Directors training for incoming
officers each January. It also created and maintains an online CPG
library of annual and signature Alexandria Jaycees projects
to provide potential project chairs with information collected from
past years.

chair, Kristie Kehoe, at webmaster@alexjaycees.org.
