Rebuilding Together Alexandria

For one-half day each Spring, the Alexandria Jaycees (Virginia) pick up paint brushes, brooms and hammers to help elderly, disabled, or disadvantaged Alexandrians with help sprucing up their homes.

We need a project leader ("chairperson") to organize our participation with the group, Rebuilding Together Alexandria, which handles all of the event logistics for the clean-up and repair work we will do. The project leader will recruit 10-15 Jaycees to participate; will be our liaison with Rebuilding Together Alexandria; ensure we meet RTA's guidelines; and coordinate the event on the event day.
