Weather Cancelation Policy
If it looks like it may rain please call our event line at/around 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning, we will leave a message stating whether the sale is canceled or happening. The event line is (703) 866-7171. Two rain dates have been planned in the event a yard sale is cancelled in advance of the 7:00 am start.

| Set-Up Time: | 6:00 a.m. |

| Sale Time: | 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. |
|
| Tear-Down Time: | 1:30 p.m. All vendors must be out of the school parking lot by 2:00 p.m., per our agreement with Fairfax County Public Schools. |

| Where: | Lane Elementary School 7137 Beulah Street, Alexandria, VA 22315 This is in the Kingstowne area near the Shoppers Warehouse grocery store. Directions |

| Food/Beverages: | The Alexandria Jaycees will operate a concession stand at each yard sale, which may feature hot food, chips, soda, water, and a variety of snacks. Alexandria Jaycees will utilize the first parking spot under the tree in the northeast corner of the lot to sell concessions. |

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom facilities are available at this event. |

| Mailing & E-Mailing List: | The Jaycees maintain a database of people who are interested in receiving monthly reminders about the yard sales. If you would like to add your name to our list, please email your name, phone number and mailing address to the Yardsale Coordinator. We don't sell or rent contact information. |
